One of the main pillars of TCR Physio is to aid our clients on their journey from dysfunction, or pain, to performance!

Lisa not only gets rid of pain, but she utilises exercise to help you reach a level of physical performance you may not have thought possible. 

The majority of clients Lisa sees in clinic are avid CrossFitters. Having trained CrossFit herself she has a keen understanding of the intricacies of injuries sustained while doing CrossFit. Lisa employs an ethos whereby she rarely recommends that individuals fully stop going to CrossFit (because this is usually unnecessary) and instead, she works with you and your coaches to find suitable ways for you to stay in the gym, continue attending classes and continue getting all the great benefits CrossFit has to offer!
