Terms and Conditions


Fees

Self-funding clients will be required to pay in full at booking or at the end of the appointment or via a secure payment link. If any appointments are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice the client will be liable for the full cost of the appointment. If you are moving your appointment to a different time, but on the same day, with less than 24 hours notice then a fee of £30/60min session or £15/30min session will apply. If a client is late for the appointment the full fees will still apply, in what time is left. Clients registered with ‘AXA/CIGNA/WPA/Healix/Freedom/Aviva’: it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company prior to attending the first appointment to gain the authorisation code to ensure you do not get billed for the session. Once authorisation is gained the clinic will directly bill your insurance company on your behalf, you will not be required to pay the clinic at the end of each appointment. However, we do operate a 48 hour cancellation or change policy and if you do not provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment then the cost of the appointment will be billed to you with payment required before you can book your next appointment. If you are moving your appointment to a different time, but on the same day, with less than 24 hours notice then a fee of £30/60min session or £15/30min session will apply. Some insurance policies have a maximum claim amount per year and it is your responsibility to speak with your insurer to understand this amount. If treatment runs over this maximum then you will be responsible for covering the difference and any ongoing treatment costs. TCR Physio is responsible for collecting your deductible prior to your insurer paying our invoices, therefore you will be asked for the value of your deductible at the time of booking and if you have already paid it for the claim year. If you have not paid it yet, TCR physio reserve the right to collect payment for each session directly from you up to the amount of your deductible.

International Clients

If your treatment will be funded by a third party or your embassy you will need to obtain a letter of guarantee from your embassy or sponsoring organisation, confirming they will cover the cost of your consultations and treatment, and bring this with you on the day of your appointment. Clients not registered with one of our direct billing PMI’s: you will be required to pay TCR Physio’s rates in full at the time of booking, at the end of the session or via a secure payment link. A detailed invoice will be emailed for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company prior to attending any appointments to ensure our fees will be reimbursed to you or at what % of our fees you will get reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy and Non-Attendance

If you fail to provide 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment we will bill you the full cost of the appointment. If you are moving an appointment to a different time, on the same day with less than 24 hours' notice then a fee of £30/hour or £15/30min will apply. Until Community Data Collection

Minimum booking details will be shared with the reception team at Until Community at time of booking. You will never be contacted by Until.

Conditions of Treatment

You understand that you are attending a physiotherapy appointment. This involves a detailed assessment including subjective (hearing your story) as well as objective (physical testing) information gathering, diagnosis, treatment and development of an ongoing plan with yourself. Treatment may involve exercise, acupuncture, joint manipulations/mobilisations, heat therapy, massage, manual therapy, stretching, advice/education and/or home exercises. If you have any reservations towards hands on assessment/treatment or specific exercise please let your clinician know. We are more than happy for you to have a chaperone or translator attend clinic with you for your appointment - if this is the case please let the clinic know upon booking so appropriate arrangements can be made.
